About Us

Abbey Vending Services was started in Sheffield over 27 years ago by Norman Pidd in 1991. At the time, Norman already had over 15 years experience with the market leader of the time, GKN Sankey Vending Ltd.

From his time working for the market leader, Norman learned how important excellent customer service is, and now with his own company, he ensures this is provided to his customers. At Abbey Vending Services we are able to provide a more personal relationship with clients - something that the big companies just aren't able to do.

Norman’s daughter Gemma McCann joined the company in 2004 and now as company director, she drives the company with the same morals and integrity as her father. Abbey Vending Services has achieved an excellent reputation within the industry for quality, reliability and service and takes pride in everything they have achieved.

Our aim is to deliver above our customers’ expectations and in particular, with our response times, ensuring that should the worst happen and your equipment fails, we are there in minutes, not hours.
